【peach Gum White Fungus Soup】

Ingredients: 20 grams of peach gum, white fungus, a small rose raisin, a small handful of rock sugar.

Peach gum is a resin secreted from the bark of rosaceae peach or mountain peach, so we need to process it in advance and soak it for more than 8 hours. I soaked it for one night, and it seemed to have a lot of swelling.

Tremella also needs to be torn into small pieces for soaking, the smaller the tear, the easier it is to produce gum.

I use nine sun peach cauliflower saucepan to stew, and then add enough water all at once, not to exceed the highest water level.

Put the processed ingredients into the stewing pot one by one.

You can choose either peach gum or bird's nest function. I chose the peach gum function. Choose the time according to your own taste. The default is one hour. If it is softer, it will take one and a half hours.

Out of the pot, add a little rock sugar.
