Peanut Barley Trotter Soup

After the pig's feet are blanched, remove and wash

Put enough water in the pot, put the trotters and ginger into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling, add the soaked peanuts, barley and cooking wine

After the high heat is boiled, switch to a low heat cooker until the trotters are cooked and rotten (the cooking time is about 1.5 to 2 hours). Add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste when out of the pan.
Tips:
1. When buying trotters, the store can pre-cut them;
2. Before stewing pig's feet, barley and peanuts need to be soaked in advance, and the soaking time is about 5 or 6 hours.
