Peanut Bone Congee

Wash the peanuts and soak overnight in advance

Wash northeastern rice, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of cooking oil, stir evenly and marinate overnight

The big bones bought are marinated overnight with ginger, salt, cooking wine, white pepper and light soy sauce

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the marinated big bones and pass the water
5.
Remove and wash for later use

Heat up the rice cooker with water
7.
Lower into the bones

Add the marinated rice and soaked peanuts
9.
Cover the rice cooker and press the [porridge/soup] button to cook until it jumps automatically, the whole process is about 60 minutes
10.
Taste the taste after boiling, add a little salt to taste if it is too light
11.
Out of the pot
Tips:
1. Put more salt when marinating big bones, the taste will become much weaker after blanching with hot water;
2. Add bones and rice when the water in the rice cooker is heated or boiled;
