Peanut Butter Bagels

Pour water, sugar and salt into the bread bucket in turn, then pour the flour, and add yeast on the top of the flour

Put the bread bucket into the Dongling JD08 bread machine, select the bread machine's kneading program for 10 minutes, the first kneading is over, add 5 grams of butter

Continue to knead the dough for 13 minutes. Different types of bread machines have different mixing times, and it is enough to reach the expansion stage without kneading until it is like a glove film.

Take out the dough, divide it into 5 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let relax for 15 minutes

Roll out the dough into an oval shape and spread peanut butter on one side

Roll it up, then rub it long, one thick and the other thin

Put it on the cut oiled paper, put it in the Dongling K40C oven, ferment for about 30 minutes at the fermentation stall, and make it double the size

Add water and sugar to the pot, boil until it boils, turn to low heat, put in the fermented bread embryos, and cook for 20-30 seconds on both sides
