Peanut Butter Chicken Feet

The chicken feet were washed and drained. I cut off the nails of the chicken feet and looked more comfortable.

Bring to a boil in a pot of cold water.

Remove the dirty stuff after boiling.

Don't turn off the fire and fish out the chicken feet.

Prepare scallion ginger, aniseed and cinnamon.

Wash the peanuts and drain.

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, aniseed and cinnamon.

Add chicken feet and stir fry evenly.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, yellow sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add boiling water, soy sauce, sugar, and salt to taste.

After the taste is adjusted, add peanuts to the pan, then adjust to medium-low heat and simmer until the juice becomes thick.

The soup has thickened, so collect the juice and leave it to soak for a while to add flavor.
