Peanut Butter Mix with Cowpeas
1.
Prepare the ingredients, break the cowpea into three-inch pieces, wash and drain
2.
Put the cleaned cowpea in the hot water in the pot and blanch the water, add a little oil and a little salt, but don’t overdo it, I like the crispy texture
3.
Cut the garlic into minced pieces, dissolve the peanut butter with peanut oil, and add some oil to make it smooth (you can also use boiling water to melt the blooming paste, personally feel that the taste of boiling water is not so strong).
4.
Minced shallots
5.
Remove the boiled cowpeas from cold water and add the chopped garlic.
6.
Add salt, balsamic vinegar, chicken bouillon, 2 tablespoons of dried peanut butter, scallions and mix well
7.
Place the beans on a plate, and then top with the melted sesame sauce.
Tips:
1. Because I prefer to eat peanut butter, I put more. It was put when it was mixed, and a layer was poured on it. In fact, halving is enough. Eat it yourself at home, there is no need to arrange it so neatly, the more messy it is, the better you can pour peanut butter. You can use tahini without peanut butter,
2. Chilled cowpea must be mashed with garlic
