Peanut Crisp
1.
Peel the roasted peanuts and put them in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2.
Add caster sugar to the corn oil and beat evenly (I use hot water to melt the sugar faster).
3.
Add an egg and beat evenly.
4.
Mix low powder and 2 grams of baking soda into a bowl in advance.
5.
Add the ground peanuts.
6.
Just mix until there is no dry powder (don't stir too much to form a dough).
7.
Divide into about 20 grams of doses evenly.
8.
Take a piece of dough and gently flatten it with a scraper (so that the force is evenly applied).
9.
Use a scraper to move the green body to the baking tray.
10.
Brush a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle some sesame seeds in the middle.
11.
Preheat the oven in advance, at 150°C for 20-25 minutes in the middle level (time and temperature are for reference only).
12.
I am used to simmering after baking.
