Peanut Lotus Root Pills

Peel the lotus root, remove the pedicles, and shred the lotus roots, then chop them slightly with a knife, add an appropriate amount of salt to the bowl, mix well, and leave for 5 minutes.

Soak the peanuts overnight and drain.
