Peanut Noodles

Stir-fry the peanuts in a pot over a low fire. (-You can make more at a time)

Let cool, peel off the red coat, and crush it with a rolling pin. (Don't crush it too much)

Prepare noodles, chopped peanuts, chopped green onion, soy sauce + chili oil + monosodium glutamate + pepper + sugar + sesame oil to make a juice.

Boil the water in the pot, add the noodles and add salt to cook. (Add-sub-cold water in the middle)

Drain and put in a bowl, pour in the sauce, sprinkle in the ground peanuts and mix well.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
