Peanut Rice Roasted Bran Chicken Wing Root

Ingredients: roasted bran

Chicken Wing Root (cleaned)

Peanuts (cooked)

Ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, dried chili, rock sugar

Tear the bran into pieces, soak in boiling water, and set aside.

Lower the roots of the chicken wings into a pot of clean water, blanch the ginger slices, and remove them.
