Peanut Sesame Candy

Ingredients: 150g cooked peanut kernels, 4g cooked black sesame seeds, 4g cooked white sesame seeds, 27g maltose, 55g caster sugar, 27g water, 0.4g salt

Chop peanuts, pour in black and white sesame seeds and mix evenly, put them in the oven, keep warm at 100 degrees, and set aside. Maltose, caster sugar, salt, water, pour into a pot, heat to 140 degrees over medium and low heat, and remove from heat

Pour in crushed peanuts and mix quickly

Pour on a chopping board, roll out into a rectangle, cut into small pieces while hot, spread out and let cool, and seal and store
Tips:
You can also use whole peanuts without chopping them.
Pour the peanuts into the sugar liquid and mix them quickly to prevent the sugar liquid from cooling and solidifying.
The size of the cut pieces can be changed as you like.
