Peanuts and Peach Crisps
1.
Put the raw peanuts in the oven at 150 degrees for about 12 minutes. Roasted peanuts will be a bit bitter and affect the taste
2.
Peanuts are roasted and cooled naturally, and then peeled, placed in gauze and crushed with a rolling stick for later use (I have tried to use plastic bags before peanuts are too hard and easy to crush)
3.
Pour vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and 1 egg (the other one is used for pressing the model to brush the egg liquid) together and mix it evenly with a manual whisk.
4.
Then sift in the mixed low-gluten flour, baking soda, baking powder, stir evenly and knead into a dough, add the ground peanuts, continue to stir and knead into a dough
5.
Knead the dough into long strips and cut into sections of about 20g
6.
Small round ball
7.
Find a small mold with two ends, put in a small dough and press it with the palm of your hand, then find a smaller diameter than the mold and press it evenly.
8.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put oil-absorbing paper on the baking tray, and put in the pressed dough, leaving space between each dough. Brush with a layer of whole egg liquid and sprinkle some sesame seeds
9.
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, each oven is different, you should always observe in the last few minutes not to overbake
10.
OK, it's perfect, it smells so good! I started to drool in an instant haha. After being cooled naturally, it is crispy, sweet with a little salty, with the scent of sesame and peanuts. That’s right, it’s a good souvenir with a small package that you like
Tips:
1. Crushed peanuts must be roasted even peanuts, which are more fragrant.
2. Sugar, oil, and eggs have different densities. When mixing, be sure to stir evenly.
3. If you can't find the ideal mold, you can round it and flatten it with your palm.
4. If you feel that the amount of the formula is too much, you can also reduce it by half (low-gluten flour, sugar, vegetable oil).
