Peanuts Mixed with Celery

Put the peanuts in the pot.

Ginger slices, aniseed, peppercorns, ready.

Put the aniseed, pepper, and ginger slices in a basin of peanuts, put in a proper amount of salt, boil, change the heat and simmer for 10 minutes (off the heat to soak).

Wash the celery and remove the leaves.

Cut into inch segments.

Boil in boiling water for about 3 minutes, remove the celery and place it in a basin of cold water to cool for later use.

Put the boiled peanuts into a dish.

Then put the peanuts and celery in a container, add salt, monosodium glutamate, seafood soy sauce, green onion, sesame oil, and chili oil, mix well and serve.
