Peanuts Mixed with White Radish

After washing the white radish, cut into small cubes and put it in a bowl, add a little salt to marinate for an hour, and then wash with cold water to remove the spicy flavor.

Wash carrots and celery and cut into small cubes.

Put the peanuts that have been soaked overnight in advance in a boiling pot and cook them out.

Blanch the carrots and celery in a pot of boiling water.

Put the white radish, peanut kernels, carrot, and celery in a large bowl.

Tips:
