Pear Sliced Kidney

Tear off the fascia from the pork loin, wash and cut it into a cross knife after handling.

Put the cut kidneys into a bowl, add the chopped green onion and ginger, drip into the cooking wine to remove the fishy, a small amount of light soy sauce, sugar for freshness, color the dark soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Slice raw pears.

Put a small amount of base oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger, then pour the marinated kidneys.

Stir-fry until the kidneys change color, pour in pear slices and stir-fry for a while.

Tips:
1. The kidneys are marinated with seasonings in advance, and there is no need to add salt during the later frying process.
2. The internal fascia of the pork loin needs to be cleaned, otherwise there will be an odor.
3. Stir fry the pear slices a little. The time should not be too long, otherwise the waistband will get old and affect the taste.
