Pearl Balls

Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat. Add the chopped water chestnuts.

After mixing well, add the seasoning and mix well, and slowly add an appropriate amount of water to beat the meat.

The seasoned minced meat is wrapped with half a salted egg yolk by hand and rounded.

Wrap with soaked glutinous rice.

After everything is done, put a small salted egg yolk on top of the balls for decoration.

Put it in the steamer, steam for 15 minutes after the water is boiled, and sprinkle with chopped green onion before leaving the pot.

Tips:
After washing the glutinous rice, soak it for 3 hours and then drain the water before use. The salted egg yolk should be peeled off from the outer layer.
