In the past, pearl balls were made with glutinous rice. The brewing time of glutinous rice was longer. Today, I used the glutinous rice that this friend gave me to make pearl balls. At first, I was a little worried, but the steaming is not good or not, the taste is not good. I really didn't think about the rice. The finished product is so delicious and stylish. If you like it, you can give it a try. "

Pearl Balls

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Soak the rice in clean water for about half an hour, then control the water for later use.

3. Add the ground horseshoe, egg, salt, pepper, sprinkles, and soy sauce to the minced meat.

4. Beat with a whisk until the minced meat is delicious and a little syrupy.

5. Squeeze a small ball of meat and place it in the rice.

6. Shake the bowl gently to coat the meatballs evenly with a layer of rice.

7. Put steaming paper on the steaming grid, and then put the raw pearl balls.

8. Re-enter the steamer and steam for 30 minutes (the steaming time depends on the size of the meatballs)

9. In this way, a delicious pearl ball is completed.

Tips:

The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the meatballs, and the seasoning is adjusted according to personal taste. The meat needs to be beaten with a whisk or chopsticks until it is syrupy, so that the steamed meatballs will taste delicious.
