Pearl Balls

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Wash glutinous rice and rice

3. Soak for more than 4 hours and drain for later use

4. Chop the foreleg meat with a knife, then chop a little green onion and ginger and then chop it for later use

5. Wash cowpeas and carrots and cut into fine pieces

6. Chop and set aside

7. Put the meat and vegetable fillings in a bowl, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fresh chicken juice and sunflower oil

Tips:

1. You can also choose whole glutinous rice as raw material
2. The glutinous rice must be soaked in place beforehand, otherwise it will become hard and affect the taste after being steamed.
