Pearl Meatballs

Wash the glutinous rice and soak overnight in advance.

Chop the three fat and seven lean meat into a puree, mince the green onion and ginger and put it in a bowl.

Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, five-spice powder, sesame oil, light soy sauce and stir in one direction.

Drain the glutinous rice.

Take another bowl and put the drained glutinous rice into the bowl. Grasp an appropriate amount of meat filling with your hands, slightly round it, put it in the glutinous rice, knead gently with your hands, so that the meat filling is covered with glutinous rice until it stops.

Place it on the steaming cloth after it is done.
7.
Do them all in turn.
8.
Steam in a steamer on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
9.
Add some chopped green onion and goji berries on the plate.
