Pearl Milk Tea

1. pearl:
Boil sugar and water, turn off the heat when it boils, and immediately add tapioca starch

2. Knead it into a dough, place it on the mat, sprinkle with tapioca starch, and knead it into a ball

3. Boil a pot of water, put the pearls in a medium-low heat, 10~15 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes, the pearls will be OK

4. Milk tea:
The ratio of tea to water is 1:10

5. Bring the water to a boil, boil and turn off the heat. Pour in the tea leaves and simmer for 3 minutes. If you like thicker, you can simmer a little longer

6. Pour the milk, heat it up, and turn off the heat

7. Add honey or sugar, stir, filter, milk tea is OK

Tips:

When rubbing the pearls, don’t rub them too much. If they are too large, they won’t come out.
