Pearl Stuffed Carrots

Boil the quail eggs and peel them off.

Cut carrots into rice, chop meat into puree, finely chop ginger, and chop green onions.

Add carrots, minced ginger, chicken powder, cornstarch, chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt to make a filling.

Divide the filling into 8 parts, press into a pie shape, and put in the steamer.

Put the quail eggs on top and steam on medium heat for 8 minutes.

Take egg whites.

Steamed carrot omelette.

Add oil to a pot, pour clear soup or water, adjust some salt, thicken with wet corn starch, and push in egg whites.

Drizzle on the steamed stuffed carrots.
Tips:
When making the stuffing, you need to beat it repeatedly to prevent it from falling apart. It is better to use medium heat when steaming.
