Pepper Ham Pie
1.
Put an appropriate amount of flour in the basin, pour in hot water and stir into a snowflake shape. (Flour should be added or reduced according to the number of people eaten)
2.
After kneading the snowflake flour into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for half an hour.
3.
Cut the ham and pepper into small long filaments, or dice, and set aside.
4.
After the dough wakes up, knead it into a smooth dough and divide it into four even smaller portions.
5.
After the dough is kneaded, add the appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, salt and pepper, and salt and pepper to the cut peppers. Stir evenly. Put the seasoning on the peppers before wrapping.
6.
After the sharp peppers are evenly stirred, add the ham and stir well.
7.
Roll out the small dough into thin slices and put in the appropriate amount of pepper ham.
8.
Wrap into a bun shape, press flat, and don't have too much strength on time to avoid breaking.
9.
Put oil in the bottom of the pan. The amount of oil can be a little more. Of course, it doesn't matter if the pan is not sticky. When the oil is 70% hot, put the pie in. Be sure to turn the pan on a low heat. After one side is formed, turn it over again, about three or four times in the middle.
10.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
