Pepper Pumpkin Shreds

Wash pumpkin and colored peppers and set aside.

Shred the pumpkin.

Shred the colored peppers.
4.
Dice garlic.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and saute the garlic particles on low heat.

Pour the shredded pumpkin over high heat and stir fry until the shredded melon is soft.

Add colored pepper shreds, add salt and stir-fry until the colored peppers are slightly soft, add chicken powder and stir well, then serve.
Tips:
1. Don't fry the pumpkin shreds for too long, just cut off the raw. To keep the freshness, the colored peppers can be eaten raw, so just leave it in the pot for a while.
