Perilla Small Yellow Croaker

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

After the small yellow croaker is cleaned, drain the water, add salt, cooking wine, green onion, ginger, garlic and fresh soy sauce, generally mix well and marinate for 2 hours

Prepare fried powder, egg liquid, and shiso leaves after washing and chopped

Pickled the marinated yellow croaker, first pass the egg mixture and then wrap it in the basil batter

Deep fry in a hot pan with warm oil

Fry on medium heat until slightly yellow

Tips:
1. I use fried flour, which has a salty taste. If there is no fried flour, you can replace it with flour, but you need to add a little salt to taste it. It tastes better.
2. The small yellow croaker should be marinated to taste, and it will taste good after being fried.
