Piaoxiang Braised Pork Rice

1. Wash and peel the red onion, cut off the ends, and cut into shreds

2. Put a little more oil in the wok, then add the shredded onion and stir-fry on high heat. You can also deep-fry, which is faster

3. Finally, stir-fry until the onion is golden and crispy, and you can leave the pan, leaving the bottom oil of the fried onion in the pan

4. Cut the pork belly into evenly sized cubes

5. Add the chopped green onions, ginger, and minced garlic until fragrant

6. Add the diced meat and stir fry to get the oil, the color turns slightly yellow

7. Add a large bowl of water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine to the diced meat and bring to a low heat.
