Pickle Chicken Legs

Prepare fresh chicken feet.

Various ingredients are prepared.

Use kitchen scissors to cut off the tips of your nails.

Add some peppercorns, shredded ginger, cooking wine and white vinegar to a pot under cold water to blanch the chicken feet.

After rinsing under running water, soak in ice water for 30 minutes.

During the soaking time, prepare the side dishes; wash the carrots, onions, celery, millet pepper, and ginger and change the knife.

Soak chicken feet in cold water, drain the water, and pour into a deep bowl.

Add all the side dishes that you have cut before.

Add white vinegar.

Add sugar and refined salt.

Add steamed fish soy sauce and light soy sauce.

Add pickled peppers and pickled pepper water, and cut open the pickled peppers with scissors.

Add cold boiled water, level the ingredients, and mix evenly.

Cover the surface with cling film, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, and eat it after tasting.

Fill the bowl and start eating.
Tips:
1: The hotness and sourness can be adjusted according to your own taste. Elf's family likes hotness, so all the pickled peppers are cut open, and some millet peppers are added.
2: The white vinegar used for blanching is outside the formula.
3: Boiled chicken feet, rinsed and soaked in ice water, the finished product will be more vigorous and chewy.
4: In hot places, remember to soak in the refrigerator. When eating, there are clean, water-free and oil-free chopsticks to take out the necessary parts. After the chicken feet are eaten, you can add ingredients to soak, but the taste of the sauce needs to be added in the test situation. Repeat the use 2 or 3 times. There is no problem at all.
