Pickled Cabbage Rice Soup

Wash the vegetables and set aside

Cut the sauerkraut, wash and set aside

Cut pork belly into minced pork

Cover the minced meat with oil and salt for later use

Wash the rice noodles and soak them in water for use

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic. Add the minced meat and fry until the color turns.
