Pickled Cherry Radish

Rinse the cherry radish

To make it easier to cut, chopsticks are placed on both sides of the cherry radish, as shown in the picture

Cut into thin slices without cutting

Add the salt water in the kimchi jar. I used the salt water of the kimchi before. If not, add table salt to warm water. After the salt melts, let the water cool and soak for an hour

Then pour out the salt water, add some spicy watercress and mix well.
Tips:
1. If there is no salt water, you can directly add salt for pickling;
2. If there is no spicy bean curd, you can add bean paste, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc. instead.
