Pickled Cucumber

Wash the cucumbers and let them dry.

Cut into small pieces.

Stir in the salt and let it stand overnight, it will marinate a lot of water.

Prepare garlic, ginger, chili and rock sugar.

Take a dry jar, pour light soy sauce, white vinegar, and soak in ginger, garlic, rock sugar, and chili.
