Pickled Cucumber

Wash the cucumber and remove both ends.

Wash the Chaotian pepper and set aside.

Rock sugar spare.

Slice garlic.

Cut the pepper into small circles.

The cucumber slices are marinated with a small amount of salt, and pressed onto the top with a heavy object. Pour the pressed water before going to bed, and then press the water overnight and put it down for use. Add garlic and pepper to cucumber and mix well

Haitian white rice vinegar.

Put the reserved water for pressing the cucumber into a wok, add rock sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar, and boil the juice until frothy. The amount of juice becomes one-third of the original. Immediately pour into the cucumber and stir well.
