Pickled Cucumber

3 cucumbers.

Cut cucumber into strips and sprinkle with salt.

If the marinated cucumbers are too salty, soak them in water to squeeze the water.
4.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar to a small pot.
5.
Bring to a boil.
6.
Cool. Pour into the cucumber.
7.
Add garlic slices and chili rings.
8.
Add pepper and garlic to cucumber and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
9.
Sweet and sour and crunchy.
