Pickled Cucumber

Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into small sections.

For all the garnishes, smash the garlic, cut the green onion, slice the lemon into thin slices, and cut the fruit peel into small pieces.

Light soy sauce, vinegar white sugar, sesame oil sauce.

Pour the flavored juice, put all the ingredients in Figure 2 and stir evenly.

Cover it with plastic wrap and freeze it in the refrigerator for several hours and it is edible, crunchy, sour and particularly appetizing.

Good for the summer heat.
Tips:
For the fruit tannins inside, you can use plums instead. It tastes very good
