Pickled Cucumber

Wash the cucumbers and open them in two. (My cucumbers are grown by my father himself, which is a bit different from the ones grown in the greenhouse on the street)

Cut diagonally

Garlic smashed

Put the cut cucumbers in a bowl, put an appropriate amount of sugar, add the patted garlic, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes

Put oil in the pot, put a few pepper seeds, fry the pepper flavor, remove the pepper seeds

Add the dried chili section and stir fry, be careful to fry, my fry is a bit sticky ☹️

Pour everything in the pot into the pickled cucumbers

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, aged vinegar, salt, steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix well

Ready to serve
