Pickled Eggs
1.
Steam the eggs on a large fire for fifteen minutes. (Steamed eggs are not easy to crack.)
2.
After steaming, knock the outer shell of the egg into a basin and add a proper amount of water.
3.
Add salt and a little more, otherwise the eggs will not marinate well and will easily become stinky.
4.
Add the pepper and marinate for more than three days (you can also add other seasonings such as star anise green tea bay leaves. The children at home only put pepper in the flavor)
5.
Finished product (look closely at the color of the egg shell has turned yellow)
