Pickled Fish

Wash the fish, and the black belly must be washed or it will be fishy. Use a dry towel to wash the fish off the water.

Remove the head and cut away from the tail, and then slice the fish bones down along the fish bones.

Put two egg whites, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, cooking wine, pepper, green onion, minced ginger, and water starch into the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes!

Fry the sauerkraut in the pan for 20 seconds and add water. Add the fish fillets when the water is boiling! Cook for about 30 minutes.

After boiling, pour some sesame oil on it, add the scallions, and you can get it out of the pot!
