Pickled Fish

Defrost the longli fish and prepare the seasoning packet, pour the sliced fish into the basin, add the cooking wine and light soy sauce, ginger starch, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, there is kipper powder in the seasoning packet, but I don’t like it, just marinate it.

Pour in the oil and sauté the ginger, garlic and shallots, add half a pack of sauerkraut, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, the sauerkraut is too salty, put half a pack

Boil the water and roll for a minute, then pour the seasoning powder in the fish bag

Add the marinated fish. Don’t put it down. Separate the fish and wait for the water to boil again. Stir it with chopsticks to loosen it. Boil the water for three to four minutes. The fish will be cooked soon.

Put it on a plate, cut the green onion and put the pepper on it, heat the oil and pour it on top.
