Pickled Fish

A fresh live grass carp with scales and visceral gills, cleaned and washed repeatedly, cut into sections!

Add cooking wine, salt, pepper, starch, egg white, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes!

Chopped pickled cabbage, ginger and chili, chopped green onions, prepare garlic and green pepper!

Pour oil in a hot pan, add sauerkraut, ginger, chili, garlic, green pepper, and stir-fry until it is fragrant. Add water, and boil for 5 minutes!

Add the fish heads first and put them in order from large to small!
