Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of the carp, clean it, and chop it into pieces.

Add egg white, cooking wine, starch, and salt to marinate for a while.

Cut green onion and ginger into sliced ginger.
4.
Prepare the seasoning packet of sauerkraut fish for later use.
