Pickled Garlic

Wash the garlic and leave a little leaf.

Cut into small pieces, rinse with cold water, and filter the water.

Rinse the small red peppers with cold boiling water and chop them.
4.
Pour some light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
6.
Mine was marinated all night and started to eat.
Tips:
As long as the garlic is delicious, you can eat it at any time, not necessarily overnight.
