Pickled Pepper Chicken

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Cut cucumber, tomato, and lettuce into small cubes, slice garlic and pickled ginger, and cut pickled pepper into sections.

3. Dice or slice the chicken, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, starch, and oyster sauce, mix well.

4. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

5. Add the chicken and stir fry quickly until it is broken and discolored.

6. Add pepper, garlic, pickled pepper and pickled ginger and stir fry for 10 seconds.

7. Add tomatoes and stir fry for 20 seconds.

8. Add cucumber and lettuce and stir fry for 20 seconds.

9. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry for 10 seconds to turn off the heat.

10. Hot and sour!
