Pickled Pepper Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet, cut off the nails, and cut into small pieces.

Boil the ginger slices in a pot under cold water.

Take the chicken feet out of the water and rinse them.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic.
5.
Add millet spicy and pickled peppers.
6.
Add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, chili oil, pickled pepper water, chili oil, lemon slices.
7.
Mix well and finish.
