My bamboo loves to eat chicken feet with pickled peppers, so I can make some when I have time, so try it..."

Pickled Pepper Chicken Feet

1. Wash the chicken feet.

2. Chop into small pieces.

3. The pickled peppers I bought have a little bit of water. Add some water to a boil, let it cool, and add a little vinegar. Ginger for later use.

4. Put water, pepper and salt in the pot.

5. Put the chicken feet in and cook for 10 minutes (actually, blanch it before cooking, which is better).

6. Wash the cooked chicken feet.

7. Put it under the water pipe and brew for 1 hour.

8. Just soak it like this.

9. Put it in pickled peppers and soak for 2 hours before eating.

10. The chicken feet with pickled peppers are ready, spicy...

Tips:

1. Don't overcook the chicken feet, it won't taste good if they are overcooked.

2. If you buy pickled peppers with a lot of water, you don’t need to boil them, but boiling can sterilize them and keep their taste the same.
