Ingredients for preparing pepper water
4.
Take a boiling pot and add one-third of the water (about 1.2L, the amount of water here can be handled, if there is too much, you can not use so much later.) After boiling, turn off the heat. Add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and pepper to soak. Note here that it is soaked, not boiled! Set aside the pepper water to cool for later use.
5.
Take another larger pot, add half a pot of water, add ginger slices, salt, huadiao, and boil.
6.
Add the chicken feet and cook for about 10 minutes on high heat.
7.
Remove, put under cold water, and rinse until the chicken feet are completely cooled
8.
Filter the water and set aside.
9.
Pour the cooked chicken feet, radishes, asparagus, garlic, and Zhitian pepper into a large plate, then add the pepper water, pickled pepper water (pour all in a package), and add an appropriate amount of vinegar. Stir, try, adjust the taste. Keep it in the refrigerator for better taste!

This is the most suitable when playing a drama 🤗
Tips:
A pack of millet hot pickled pepper water can make 3 to 5 catties of paws, if you are afraid, put a little less, if you like spicy, put more.
