Pickled Pepper Lemon Chicken Feet

Remove the nails and cut in half.

Pour the chicken feet into the pot, add the cooking wine and ginger, cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, remove the cold water.

Dice the pepper, pour soy sauce, white wine, garlic, pepper, salt, sesame oil, and lemon slices into a bowl.

Add the chicken feet and soak for 6 hours.
