Pickled Pepper Tofu Shreds

The tofu is soaked in salt and water, and then shredded (it can barely be called noodles)

Cut the pickled peppers and shred the ginger.

Pour cooking oil in a pan to heat, add the tofu and fry it brown.

Push the fried tofu aside, add shredded ginger and pickled peppers to fragrant.

Stir fragrant and stir-fry evenly, add salt, light soy sauce to taste, pour some warm water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and green onion strips and mix well before serving.
