Pickled Peppers

Wash the peppers

Put it in a pot, add salt (a little) aniseed pepper, water, and turn off the heat

Let cool and pour into a container without raw water and oil
4.
It can be eaten after 7 days of fermentation

Remember not to use oil and raw water when you want to eat it, otherwise, it will produce white stuff
