Pickled Peppers

Wash the peppers and let them dry. Make sure that there is no water at all, otherwise they will deteriorate.

Cut it horizontally in half, don't cut it, it can be easy to taste, the vertical one is too long and I cut it.

Bring the salt water to a boil, put the pepper in plenty of water, remove it and let it cool for later use.

Take a clean and dry glass bottle.

Put in half a bottle of cold water, add pepper, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, ginger in turn

Seal it and keep it in the refrigerator, and witness it in half a month. It's best to put a date on it, lest you forget it.
