The peanuts with pickled peppers are crispy, sour and spicy."

Pickled Peppers and Peanuts

1. Wash the peanuts and soak for more than 1 hour.

2. The ingredients are ready.

3. Wash carrots and garlic sprouts and cut them.

4. Put the soaked peanuts into the pot, add water to cover the peanuts, put in the seasoning, boil it over a medium heat, I cooked it for 15 minutes, the taste is just right, it won't taste good if it has noodles.

5. After it's cooked, rinse with cold boiled water until it is completely cool, and pick out all the seasonings inside.

6. Put it in a bowl, add carrots, garlic, garlic sprouts, pickled peppers. If you like spicy, add pickled peppers. Put a little salt to taste. Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator. Eat as you go. It is hot and sour.

7. Let's eat.
