Make your own pickles, which can be used to accompany porridge. It is refreshing and appetizing. The pickles sold outside don’t dare to buy, and I’m really afraid that it will not be clean. There are many ways to eat white radish as pickles. In fact, I prefer to put a little chili, but my family can’t eat spicy food. To take care of them, I will make a spicy version.

Pickled Radish in Sauce

1. Wash, peel and slice white radish

2. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well, let stand for 15 minutes, until the white radish has precipitated water, squeeze the water to dry

3. Make sauce marinade: add oyster sauce, sugar, Maggi juice, 2g salt to the bowl

4. Mix well

5. Put it in a fresh-keeping box, put it in the refrigerator, and marinate for 2-3 days

6. Take it out after 3 days and serve on a plate.

Tips:

If you like spicy, you can add spicy millet or dried red pepper to marinate
