Pickled Radish in Sauce

Wash, peel and slice white radish

Add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well, let stand for 15 minutes, until the white radish has precipitated water, squeeze the water to dry

Make sauce marinade: add oyster sauce, sugar, Maggi juice, 2g salt to the bowl

Mix well

Put it in a fresh-keeping box, put it in the refrigerator, and marinate for 2-3 days

Tips:
If you like spicy, you can add spicy millet or dried red pepper to marinate
