Pickled Squid Soup

Pickles in moderation.

The squid is processed and washed.

Cut the squid into small pieces, cut the ginger into ginger shreds, and cut into hot pepper flakes. Put them in the squid pieces and grab well. Submerge for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in the pot, and stir-fry the well-soaked squid pieces.

Add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes to make the pickled vegetables cooked.

Add boiling water, cook the sauerkraut and squid soup over medium heat, cut an appropriate amount of tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.

The soup has the flavor of sauerkraut and squid. Add bean sprouts, potato chips, salt, and pepper.

Put the pot into the soup bowl, and put coriander on the top. Sprinkle the cilantro with chili paste on top. Boil an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, and pour the coriander and the paste on top of the chili.
